Distance Sales Agreement
Terms governing the electronic sale of a Verimle subscription.
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. Parties and Merchant of Record
This agreement is concluded electronically between Verimle — which provides the software service and operates the site — and the user who purchases the subscription (the BUYER).
The subscription is legally sold by Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, United States, acting as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Verimle is the provider of the software service resold by Polar and the operator of this site: you purchase the product from Polar, but your right to use it is licensed to you by Verimle under Verimle's Terms of Use. Polar issues the sales invoice to the Buyer and handles the collection, reporting and remittance of sales taxes (VAT, GST, US sales tax, etc.). Polar EU OSS VAT number: EU372061545. Buyer contact: support@polar.sh
2. Subject of the Agreement
The provision, by electronic means, of the digital software service offered under the subscription plan selected by the BUYER.
3. Service and Fee
The fee and scope of the selected plan are as stated on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are charged in the currency shown at checkout via the Merchant of Record, Polar.
4. Payment
Payments are charged on a monthly or annual subscription basis via a secure payment infrastructure (Polar). The subscription renews for the selected period until canceled.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For digital services that are performed immediately, the right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable law. For this reason, a free plan and a 14-day Pro trial are offered before subscription; you may cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund requests are handled through the Merchant of Record, Polar, which is responsible for billing; once you cancel your subscription, you are not charged for the next renewal period.
Cancellation: you can cancel through the self-serve cancellation flow in the Polar customer portal or by writing to support@polar.sh; cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle and you are not charged for the following renewal. Refunds: requests are handled by Polar as the merchant of record and are evaluated consistent with applicable law, the applicable refund policy and the card network rules. Non-waivable consumer rights and remedies are not limited. Chargebacks: you retain any chargeback rights provided by your card issuer; we recommend contacting Polar first to resolve any billing issue. Product and technical support is provided by Verimle: destek@verimle.com
6. Liability and Nature of the Service
The subject of the agreement is access to a digital software (SaaS) service, and the service is provided "as is." Verimle's liability arising from this service is subject to the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability provisions set out in the Terms of Use; claims regarding payment, refunds, and invoicing are directed to the Merchant of Record, Polar.
7. Entry into Force
When the BUYER confirms the payment transaction, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
