Privacy Policy

We explain how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Data We Collect

Account and contact information, subscription/payment information, encrypted marketplace access keys, and the technical usage data needed for the service to function.

For security and abuse investigation we record the IP address and country your account was created from, along with the IP and country you most recently connected from. This is used only for fraud and abuse detection, support and legal obligations; it is never used for advertising or profiling. Only authorised administrators can see it, and every viewing is written to an audit log.

Purposes of Use

Used to provide the service, generate profit and price analyses, offer support, and ensure security. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Verimle works with a limited number of service providers to deliver the service. Each processes only the data its function requires; we do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

Infrastructure and database: your account, store data and encrypted access keys are held with our infrastructure and database providers, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) region. The application and background jobs run on our hosting providers.

Email: account verification, notification and informational emails are delivered through an email sending provider; the data transferred is your email address and the content of the message.

Artificial intelligence: an AI provider is used for product copy generation, draft replies to customer questions and review analysis. The data sent is the product title/description, the customer question and the review text. Your name, email, payment details and marketplace access keys are not sent.

Technical operations: service providers are used to collect data from publicly accessible marketplace pages and to record technical errors in background jobs. Your account details are not transferred in these processes.

Payments and billing: the sale and collection of subscriptions is carried out by Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, United States, acting as Merchant of Record. For the personal data processed in that context Polar is its own data controller and applies its own privacy policy (link below) — you can reach Polar at privacy@polar.sh. Your card details are never transferred to or stored by Verimle.

Marketplaces: when you connect a store, Verimle connects to that marketplace's official API with the authorization you provide (Trendyol, Amazon, eMAG, Hepsiburada). Order, product, finance and return data is received over that connection; with your approval, price, stock and content updates are sent. Your access keys are stored AES-256 encrypted.

Measurement and marketing: Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel run only with your explicit consent. Without consent, no data reaches either service. Details are in the Cookies section below.

You can request the current list of our service providers, and what data each processes, at destek@verimle.com.

Cookies & Analytics

Essential/functional cookies: required for signing in and core functionality and always active; the service does not work without them.

Analytics and marketing cookies: these run only with your explicit consent (the va_consent cookie). Without consent no tracking cookie is written, no measurement signal is sent, and the Meta Pixel stays in a revoked state.

When you consent, three measurements run together. (1) Verimle's own measurement: counts which pages were viewed plus coarse country and device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), anonymously; your IP address and full browser string (user-agent) are NOT stored. (2) Google Analytics: produces aggregate statistics of site usage. (3) The Meta (Facebook) Pixel: measures whether our ads work; it reports page-view and registration-completed events to Meta and uses Meta's first-party cookie (_fbp).

The Meta Pixel is a marketing tool: Meta may use this data to show ads to you and to similar people. If you do not want Meta to process this data under its own policy, do not give consent or withdraw it — no feature of the service is affected.

The va_anon identifier distinguishes a browser, not a person, and is not linked to your identity.

Retention: Verimle's own analytics records are kept for 180 days and then deleted. Google and Meta apply their own retention periods.

You can withdraw consent at any time: click the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page and the choice appears again. You can also clear the relevant cookies (va_consent, va_anon, _fbp, _ga) from your browser.

Data Security

Sensitive data (such as API keys) is stored encrypted; access is restricted by the principle of least privilege.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your Rights

You can access, rectify, or request the deletion of your data. For requests: destek@verimle.com

International users and GDPR

If you are located in the European Union (or where the GDPR applies), you have data-subject rights under the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise these rights or to learn how your data is processed, contact us at destek@verimle.com.

Your data may be processed in Türkiye and in the countries where our service providers are located (e.g. Polar, our Merchant of Record for payments) to provide the service; international transfers are carried out with applicable legal safeguards.

Your payment and billing data is processed by Polar Software, Inc. in the United States (Delaware).
