The honest answer is this: if you're new to e-commerce and looking for learning + supply, starting with Rexven makes sense; if you're actively selling across marketplaces and want to manage your profit, pricing and payouts, Verimle is the tool for that job. The two aren't mutually exclusive; for many sellers they can be used sequentially, or even at the same time.
