Search for a "Trendyol profit tracking tool" and you will get half a dozen names, each one declaring itself the best. This article tries something different: it lines up five tools and the option of tracking manually with Excel against the same six criteria and says what each one actually does well. Let us be transparent from the start: this article is written by Verimle, so we are one of the tools on the list. Precisely for that reason we set a rule — about competitors we only used information stated on their own site or otherwise verifiable, we openly acknowledged their strengths, and for every price we were unsure about we said "confirm on their site". If you do not know what a profit tracking tool is and why it is a different category from an integrator, first take a look at the what is a profit tracking tool article; here we go straight into the comparison.

Comparison criteria: six questions

There is no single answer to "which tool is best"; the right question is "which one solves my problem". We built the table around these six criteria:

  • Profit tracking: after commission, shipping, service fees, withholding tax and VAT are deducted from each order, does it show you per product what net amount actually lands in your pocket? A tool that subtracts an estimated rate is not the same as one that reads the actual deduction from the account statement.
  • Payout reconciliation: does it compare the expected deduction with what was actually deducted on the account statement and find the unexplained gap? When it finds a gap, does it help with the dispute process?
  • Repricing: does it update your price automatically against the competition — and while doing so, is there a floor that stops you from dropping into a loss?
  • Buybox tracking: does it monitor competitor prices and Buybox status itself, or do you have to carry the data over yourself?
  • AI analysis: does it process reviews, questions or content with artificial intelligence?
  • Price: what is the monthly cost, and is there a free plan or trial?

The tools one by one

Verimle — financial reconciliation + margin-protected repricing

Focus: the Trendyol seller's money. Profit X-Ray calculates the real net profit of every order not with estimated rates but with the actual deductions read from the account statement; payout reconciliation compares the expected deduction with what was actually deducted, line by line, and when it finds an unexplained gap it prepares a dispute draft — it does not promise to get the money back, because the outcome depends on Trendyol's assessment; it detects, prepares the draft and follows the process. The second distinguishing piece is repricing: it checks your price against the competition roughly every 30 minutes but never goes below the minimum profit threshold you define — you do not sell at a loss while competing for the Buybox. Buybox status is monitored automatically every 6 hours; AI review and question analysis, store score tracking and ad CSV import are also in the package. Price: a free starter plan; Starter ₺490, Pro ₺1,290, Pro+ ₺1,890/month (2 months free on annual), with a 14-day free trial on Pro. Who it fits: the seller who wants to solve "is my payout correct, am I really earning from this product, can my price compete without dropping into a loss" in a single panel. Details on the features page.

SellBox — Buybox alerts + return-inclusive profit screen

Focus: according to their site, orders, profit and Buybox rate on a single screen; the notable parts are that it also folds return costs into the per-product net profit calculation and manages return requests from the panel. It monitors competitor prices and stock 24/7 and sends an alert when the Buybox is lost; it has a feature that replies to customer questions with AI. Payout reconciliation and automatic price updating are not stated on their site — if you need those two features, ask before you buy. Price: confirm current plans on their site. Who it fits: the seller who prioritizes Buybox alerts and return visibility and does not yet need reconciliation depth.

Sopyo — not a profit tool but an integration platform

Focus: Sopyo is an out-of-category force on this list: its real job is multi-marketplace integration and operations (stock-order sync, shipping, e-invoicing, accounting connections — 50+ integrations). It does this well and is a serious convenience for a business selling across many channels. But its profit tracking side is limited: there is no financial layer that reads actual deductions and reconciles them. If it shows up while you are searching for a "profit tracking tool", the reason is category confusion — an integrator counts orders, a profit tool tells you what that order actually earned. Price: free up to 200 products / 20 orders a month; confirm the current tiered packages on their site. Who it fits: a business selling on more than one channel whose priority is operations and e-invoicing — it can also be used alongside a profit tool. Detail: Sopyo alternative.

Roketfy — AI content and review analysis, no money side

Focus: AI-powered content generation, product/competitor research and review analysis. In this area it is a mature tool with strong depth; if you prioritize content quality and listing optimization, it does the job. But profit tracking, payout reconciliation, repricing and Buybox tracking are not within Roketfy's scope — writing a good title does not tell you whether you profited from that sale. Price: starts with a free plan; confirm current packages on their site. Who it fits: the seller whose priority is content and research and who manages the money side with another tool (or, for now, manually). Comparison: Roketfy alternative.

TPro360 — product research and competitor analysis

Focus: sales estimation, competitor stock tracking and category/brand/store analysis — through a Chrome extension and web panel, working from publicly available data. On the product page it shows commission, shipping and profitability calculations; but this is not a profit tracking tool that reads your own store's actual deductions, it is a calculator-level research aid. There is no payout reconciliation or repricing. Price: it offers a free start; confirm the plans on their site. Who it fits: the seller at the "what should I sell" stage doing product and competitor research — once the store grows and the question turns into "how much am I earning", the need for a separate profit tool arises.

Excel / manual tracking — ₺0 but breaks with scale

Let us be honest: for a store with a few dozen orders a month selling in a single category, a properly built Excel sheet does the job and is free. Where it breaks is scale and timing: deductions arrive at different times (the shipping invoice at the end of the month, the impact of a return weeks later), the actual deduction never enters the sheet unless you type it in by hand, and at 300 SKUs maintaining the sheet becomes a job in itself. We explained these limits line by line in the what is a profit tracking tool article. Who it fits: the low-volume, just-starting seller — reasonable for the first months, not a permanent solution.

Which one fits which seller?

  • Just started, under 50 orders a month: Excel + free plans (Verimle and Roketfy both have a free tier). To see the real profit of a single product, the profit calculator is a sufficient starting point.
  • Daily price war in a competitive category: you cannot do it without automation — margin-protected repricing + automatic Buybox tracking is Verimle's core here; we examined the other option on the market for pure repricing in the BuyBox Panel comparison.
  • Multi-channel operations and e-invoicing needs: Sopyo — put a separate tool alongside it for profit tracking.
  • Content/research stage: Roketfy or TPro360; add a profit tool once the money side grows.

Frequently asked questions

Do these tools get your money back on an unfair deduction?

No tool can commit to this; the outcome of a dispute depends on Trendyol's assessment. What they can do is detect the suspicious deduction, prepare the dispute filing/draft and follow the process. A seller who sees a promise of "guaranteed recovery" should be cautious. We described the steps of the dispute process in the unfair deduction dispute guide.

How far can you get on a free plan?

Free tiers are generally limited by product/order count, and their real purpose is for you to test the tool with your own data. The right way to use them is this: connect your account and compare the profit the tool shows over a month of your real data with what actually landed in your bank account. If it does not match, you learn that the tool does not read "actual deductions" — this is the most critical distinction in the table.

Can I use the profit figure in my tax calculation?

The profit figure from these tools is meant for business decisions (price, product, advertising); matters such as the tax base, VAT and withholding tax offset vary according to your taxpayer status. For your exact situation, consult your accountant.

The shortest path to a decision: test with your own data

Tables and articles give you an idea; the decision should come from your own store's data. That is why our recommendation is the same even for our own product: connect your Trendyol account to Verimle with the free plan or Pro's 14-day trial, see the line-by-line reconciliation of a month's payout and the real net profit per product — then run the same test with the other tool on your shortlist and measure the difference yourself. Explore the features or first see the logic of the calculation with a single product in the profit calculator. Whichever tool you choose, this principle does not change: it is not the revenue shown in the panel but the profit reconciled with the account statement that is real.

One final note: the features and prices of profit tracking tools can change over time, so read the comparison here as a guide rather than a definitive table — before choosing a tool, confirm the current plan on its site. The most solid verification, though, comes from your own data: calculate the real profit per product with your own Trendyol commission and deduction figures and test the assessment here against your own store.
