Trendyol Buybox Tracking & Repricing Tools (2026)
Who tracks the Buybox on Trendyol, and who updates your price automatically? Verimle, BuyBox Panel, SellBox and manual tracking compared honestly across the same five criteria — including Amazon Buybox and the eMAG Buy Button. Why margin-protected repricing matters.

Short answer: tracking the Trendyol Buybox by hand works up to a handful of products — beyond that it is tool work, and there are three types of tool on the market. Pure repricing tools (e.g. BuyBox Panel) update your price automatically within a min-max range; monitoring-and-alert tools (e.g. SellBox) notify you when the Buybox is lost; Verimle does both, and does it margin-protected: your price is updated automatically against the competition but never drops below the minimum profit you define. Let us be transparent from the start: this article is written by Verimle, so we are one of the tools on the list. That is why the rule we set in the profit tracking tools comparison applies here too: about competitors we only used information stated on their own site or otherwise verifiable, and we openly acknowledged their strengths.
The concept first: what is the Buybox, and why track it?
When several stores sell the same product, Trendyol makes a single seller the owner of the "Add to Cart" button — that is the Buybox, and most sales on that listing go to its owner. The ranking is decided by price first, plus store score, shipping speed and cancellation/return rates. We covered the whole mechanism in the Buybox guide and the typical causes of losing it in why you lost the Buybox. The point of tracking is being able to answer two questions at any moment: who holds the Buybox right now? and if I lost it, how long ago? — because every unnoticed hour of loss is revenue flowing to a competitor.
Five criteria for a Buybox/repricing tool
- Does the monitoring run on its own? The tool must watch competitor prices and Buybox status automatically; a tool you have to feed data into is not a tracking tool.
- Loss alerts and loss duration: does it notify you when the Buybox changes hands, and show how long you have been losing it?
- Is there repricing, and what is the floor? For a tool that updates prices automatically, the critical question is the floor: a min-max price range, or a real profit floor after commission, shipping and returns? They are not the same thing — a price range does not protect you when your costs change.
- Channel coverage: Trendyol only, or other channels like Amazon and eMAG too?
- Price: monthly cost and free plan/trial.
The tools one by one
Verimle — margin-protected repricing + automatic Buybox tracking
Focus: basing the repricing decision on real profit. Your price is checked against the competition at regular intervals throughout the day; it never goes below the minimum profit floor you define (an amount or a percentage margin), and products in a campaign can be skipped automatically if you choose. Buybox status is monitored every 6 hours; you get an alert on a loss and see how long the product has been losing it. The same panel also holds the real net profit of every sale, payout reconciliation and suspicious-deduction detection with a dispute draft (the marketplace decides the outcome of a dispute; no tool can guarantee getting the money back). Channel coverage: Trendyol (Türkiye + international storefronts), Amazon and eMAG. Price: a free starter plan; repricing is included from Starter ($19/month), with a 14-day free trial on Pro. Who it fits: the seller who says "let me compete for the Buybox without selling at a loss" and wants price, profit and finance in one panel. Details on the features page.
BuyBox Panel — a focused specialist in pure repricing
Focus: one job, done well: it scans competitor prices roughly every 30 minutes, updates your price automatically within the min-max range you define, and pushes Buybox status and price changes instantly via Telegram. It works on Trendyol and Hepsiburada; its Süper plan covers up to 1,000 products. Its limit follows from its definition: the floor is a price range, not real profit — if your commission or shipping cost changes and you do not update the range by hand, the tool can keep you at a loss without you noticing. Profit tracking and payout reconciliation are not in its scope. Price: the Süper plan is ₺1,999/month; confirm the current figure on their site. Who it fits: the seller who manages profitability elsewhere and only wants price automation. Feature-by-feature comparison: BuyBox Panel alternative.
SellBox — strong Buybox alerts, repricing unclear
Focus: according to their site, it monitors competitor prices and stock 24/7 and sends a notification when the Buybox is lost; it folds return costs into the per-product profit screen and replies to customer questions with AI. Automatic price updating (repricing) and payout reconciliation are not stated on their site — if repricing is what you came for, ask before you buy. Price: confirm current plans on their site. Who it fits: the seller who wants alerts and visibility and is fine updating prices by hand.
Manual tracking — ₺0, yet the most expensive option for the Buybox
Opening the product page and checking the "other sellers" list is free and works for a handful of products. The problem is scale and timing: the Buybox can change hands at any hour, a loss is invisible unless you happen to look, and at 50+ products a manual round becomes a job in itself. On the repricing side, manual tracking also leaves the "am I still profitable at this price" calculation to you at every price decision — you can do that calculation for a single product free of charge in the Buybox simulator. Who it fits: the new seller with few products in a low-competition category — as a temporary solution.
The picture on Amazon and eMAG
The Buybox is not only a Trendyol concept. On Amazon, Buybox data comes from the official API; Verimle monitors the Buybox through that channel across 23 Amazon marketplaces and builds the repricing floor from event-based real financial data. On eMAG, the same concept is called the Buy Button; Verimle monitors the Buy Button rank and competing offers in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland and runs margin-protected repricing there (detail: the eMAG selling guide). For sellers on Trendyol's international storefronts, the same engine works in the seller's own currency. If you sell on more than one channel, one tool also removes the "which panel had which rule" confusion.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate tool for Buybox tracking?
Checking a few products by hand is possible but not sustainable: by the time you notice the Buybox changed hands, the sale has already gone to a competitor. Automatic monitoring plus loss alerts become tool work as your product count grows. Verimle monitors the Buybox status of your connected store automatically every 6 hours and shows how long you have been losing it.
Can a repricing tool make me sell at a loss?
With tools that only work on a min-max price range, yes — if you enter the lower bound wrong or your cost changes, the tool can keep you at a loss. Margin-protected repricing closes that risk: the floor is defined on real profit rather than a price, and the tool never goes below it. That is Verimle's approach.
Does repricing guarantee the Buybox?
No. Price is the strongest factor but not the only one; store score, shipping speed and cancellation/return rates also affect the Buybox ranking. No tool can guarantee the Buybox; a tool's job is to keep you continuously competitive on price without dropping into a loss. For the non-price factors, see the store score guide.
Is there a Buybox on eMAG?
Yes, but under a different name: on eMAG the same concept is called the "Buy Button" and it decides which seller gets the order on multi-seller listings. Verimle monitors the Buy Button rank and competing offers on eMAG (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland) and runs margin-protected repricing there.
The shortest path to a decision: test with your own product
Our recommendation is the same even for our own product: test the tool on your shortlist with your own data. Connect your Trendyol account to Verimle on the free plan, see on your own products that the Buybox is monitored automatically and that the repricing floor is built from your real profit — then run the same test with the other tool. Whichever tool you choose, the principle stands: the Buybox should be won not by whoever is cheapest, but by whoever can stay most competitive without dropping into a loss. To look at the repricing concept more closely, continue with what is repricing.
