What is a Trendyol payout, and when is it paid?
A payout is the net amount to be paid to you after Trendyol's deductions are subtracted from the price of the product you sold. The customer pays Trendyol; Trendyol deducts its commission, the shipping fee, the service fee and withholding tax, and pays the rest into your account once it matures.
The term starts running from the day the order is delivered and varies between 7 and 28 days depending on your category. Matured amounts are paid in a weekly cycle: every Wednesday Trendyol calculates the amount to be paid that week, and the payment usually reaches your bank account on Thursday. Example: in a category with a 21-day term, an order delivered on July 1 matures on July 22 and enters the Thursday, July 23 payment run. The calculator above gives the estimated payment date with this setup; the exact date is on the Payment Terms screen in your panel.
Which deductions are taken from the payout?
Standard deductions on a 450 TL (VAT included, 20%) clothing order of 2 desi:
| Deduction item | How is it calculated? | Example amount |
|---|---|---|
| Commission (invoice VAT included) | VAT-included price × category rate (450 × %21,36) | -96,12 ₺ |
| Shipping fee + VAT | Desi rate (0-2 desi 88.96 ₺) × 1.20 | -106.75 ₺ |
| Service fee + VAT | 10,99 ₺ per package × 1,20 (Ships Today: discounted rate) | -13,19 ₺ |
| Withholding tax (%1) | VAT-excluded amount (375 ₺) × %1 | -3,75 ₺ |
| Net payout | 450 ₺ − 219.81 ₺ deduction (48.8%) | 230.19 ₺ |
The net payout is not net profit: your product cost and the VAT you'll pay to the state haven't been taken out of it yet. To see your real profit per sale, use the Trendyol profit calculator.
Why was my payout short?
If the amount you calculated doesn't match what was paid, the difference is usually in one of these lines:
- Return and cancellation offsets: If an order that was already paid in a previous period is returned, its amount is deducted from this week's payout — this is the most common reason for a short payout.
- Shipping invoice differences: If the carrier weighs the package and measures it larger than the desi you declared, the difference is deducted from the next payout.
- Penalty deductions: Contract penalties are collected from the payout for late dispatch, missing/wrong item shipments, or cancellation-rate violations.
- Advertising balance: Your Trendyol advertising spend can be offset against your payout; if you use advertising, it appears as a separate line in the breakdown.
- Early payment deduction: If you used early payment, the deduction accruing per remaining day lowers the net amount.
To identify the type of deduction, check whether it is normal or unfair, and if needed apply with a ready-made dispute text, see the Trendyol deduction check tool. You can dispute an unexplained deduction with the order number and supporting documents; the outcome depends on Trendyol's review and your contract terms.
Full desi amounts use Trendyol's official July 13, 2026 tariff. The official public PDF omits low-basket bracket amounts, so those use EZV's current secondary compilation. Service fees and category rates can also change; verify exact deductions in Seller Center.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get paid on Trendyol?
After an order is delivered, the payment term defined for your category (between 7 and 28 days) starts to run. Amounts that reach maturity are collected in a weekly cycle: the calculation is done on Wednesday, and the payment usually reaches your bank account on Thursday. So in practice your money is in your hands 1 to 5 weeks after delivery.
Where is the payout screen?
It is on the Payout Transactions screen under the Accounting and Finance menu in the Trendyol Seller Panel. There you can see your pending and paid payouts, the deduction breakdown per order, and your payment terms.
Which deductions are taken from the payout?
There are four standard deductions: the category commission (VAT-included sale price × rate; the invoice is issued VAT-included, with no extra VAT added on top), the desi-based (volumetric unit) contracted shipping fee + VAT, the per-package service fee (10.99 TL + VAT in 2026; a discounted rate applies with the Ships Today label — verify the current amount in the panel), and a 1% withholding tax on the VAT-excluded amount. On top of these, return offsets, penalty deductions and advertising invoices may be added from period to period.
Why was my payout short?
The most common reasons are: return/cancellation offsets from a previous period, shipping invoice differences (desi correction), penalty deductions such as late dispatch or missing items, an advertising balance offset, and — if you used early payment — its deduction. You can compare the per-order breakdown on the payout screen with this calculator's result to find which line the difference comes from.
How do I dispute a short payout?
Open a support request (Contact Us) from the Seller Panel; clearly write the order number, the deduction line you are disputing and its amount, and attach documents such as an invoice or weighing slip if you have them. For desi disputes, a photo of the package's dimensions speeds things up a lot. Requests are usually answered within a few business days.
Is withholding tax deducted from the payout?
Yes. When making the payment, Trendyol withholds 1% of the VAT-excluded sale amount as withholding tax and pays it to the tax office on your behalf. This is not an extra tax; it is offset against the tax calculated on your annual income/corporate tax return.
What is early payment, and how much is deducted?
It is an option that lets you withdraw a payout before it matures; you request it from the panel. In return, a daily deduction is applied based on the number of days remaining until the payment date (it changes periodically; recently around 0.14% per day). If you do not have an urgent cash need, waiting for maturity is always more profitable.
How does the payment term vary by category?
Trendyol assigns each category a term of 7, 14, 21 or 28 days; for fast-moving consumer goods the term is usually short, while it is longer in categories with high return risk. You can see the exact value of your own term on the Payment Terms screen in the Seller Panel.
Are payments made on weekends or public holidays?
No; payments are made on business days in a weekly cycle (calculation on Wednesday, payment on Thursday). If the payment day falls on a public holiday, the transfer may slip to the next business day. That is why the payment date shown here is an estimate.
